1Day 01-Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

After a friendly reception, you will be transferred to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Once you have settled into your room and refreshed yourself, you will join a group briefing. 2Day 02-Kathmandu sightseeing

Explore the rich cultural heritage of Kathmandu Valley, a region brimming with UNESCO World Heritage Sites and significant historical landmarks. Begin your journey at Pashupatinath Temple, a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, known for its intricate architecture and vibrant spiritual atmosphere. Next, visit the Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist stupas in Nepal, offering a serene environment and stunning mandala views. 4Day 04-Trek to Kotto 2,540 m near Chame town 2,670 m - 05 hrs.

In the morning, your walk begins on a winding path through lush rhododendron and pine forests, passing the charming villages of Bagachap and Danque. The trail ascends to Taming, a moderate-sized village where you'll experience a shift towards Buddhist culture and enjoy stunning views of the world’s eighth-highest peak, Mt. Manaslu, towering at 8,163 meters. From Taming, continue for a few hours to Koto, located near Chame, the major town and administrative headquarters of the Manang district. Chame will be your overnight stop, with time to explore the town. Koto is the last settlement on the Annapurna Circuit trail before your route diverges from the main path the following morning.

5Day 05-Trek to Dharmasala 3,230 m - 05 hours.

The trek continues into a narrow valley surrounded by dense forests of pines and rhododendrons. As you walk, you'll pass through picturesque pasture fields dotted with small huts and sheds used by Yak herders. The path winds through a gorge carved by the towering peaks of Pisang and Kangguru Himal, following the Nar-Phu River upstream. This scenic route leads you to Dharmashala, where you'll spend the night in a tranquil setting, readying yourself for the next leg of the adventure.

6Day 06-Trek to Kyang 3, 020 m - 05 hours.

In the morning, embark on a trek heading north towards Phu Village, navigating through the isolated and arid landscapes that characterize this remote area. 7Day 07-Trek to Phu village 4,080 m - 06hours.

After some time, the trail ascends, leading you through a gorge before emerging into a wide, glacial valley. Here, the landscape opens up to reveal lush pasturelands and the charming Phu Village. 8Day 08-Rest day in Phu village for acclimatization and sidewalk.

9Day 09-Trek to Nar Phedi 3, 545 m - 06 hrs.

From Phu Village, start your journey back by retracing your steps for a few hours. As you descend to the narrow gorge at Phu Khola, the path offers a mix of natural beauty and rugged terrain. From this point, embark on a gradual climb to reach Yughat, a small village adorned with chhorten Buddhist shrines. Continue your trek to Nar Phedi, where you'll find a flat field suitable for an overnight stop. This tranquil spot provides a serene setting to rest and enjoy the surrounding landscape, preparing for the next stage of your adventure.

10Day 10-Trek to Nar-Gaon 4,206 m - 06 hrs.

In the morning, begin your walk by heading back to Phu Khola. After a few hours of trekking, you'll reach a suspension bridge spanning the Phu Khola. Cross the bridge and embark on a steep climb for a few hours. This ascent leads you to a flat area, where the trail continues to Nar Village. Upon arrival in Nar, enjoy the evening and stay overnight in this charming village, nestled amidst the high Himalayan landscape.

11Day 11-Trek to Kang La Base Camp 4,530 m - 05 hrs.

After departing from Nar Gaon, the trek takes you through remote and rugged terrain, featuring a series of short ascents and descents along rocky paths. As you navigate this less-traveled route, you’ll pass by shelters used by local cattle herders. The trail follows the Temdenzon Khola, offering stunning views of snow-capped peaks. Continue westward until you reach the base of Kang La Pass, where you will set up camp for the night at an altitude of 4,530 meters. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and prepare for the adventure ahead.

12Day 12-Cross Kangla Pass 5, 322 m trek to Ngawal 3,650 m - 07 hrs.

Starting early in the morning, embark on a challenging climb to cross Kang-La Pass at 5,322 meters. The ascent is steep but rewarding, offering breathtaking views of Pisang Peak and Chulu Far East Peak along the way. Upon reaching the summit, take in the stunning panorama of the Annapurna mountain range, Chulu Peaks, Lamjung Himal, and other surrounding peaks. After savoring the magnificent vistas, begin your descent towards Ngawal. The route passes through Julu village, bringing you back to the main Annapurna Circuit trail near Manang village. 13Day 13-Trek to Manang Village 3,450 m - 05 hrs.

After crossing the high Kang-La Pass, which serves as a natural barrier between the Nar-Phu and Manang valleys, your morning trek begins with a descent towards the Manang Valley. The first stop is at Humde village, where you can catch your breath and enjoy the serene surroundings. Continuing onward, you'll reach Braga village, renowned for its ancient monastery. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the monastery and marvel at its historical and cultural significance, all while soaking in the grand panorama of the Annapurna and Chulu peaks. Following your visit, a short walk will bring you to Manang village, where you'll spend the night.

14Day 14-Trek to Yak Kharka 4,110 m - 06 hrs.

After completing your explorations of both the Manang Valley and the Nar-Phu region, your journey continues with a morning trek towards Khangsar village. From Khangsar, you’ll follow an uphill path that gradually levels out as you proceed. The trail leads you to Yak Kharka, a picturesque high-altitude grazing pasture. Yak Kharka offers excellent lodgings with stunning views of Gangapurna, Annapurna III, and the Chulu Peaks. Enjoy a restful overnight stay in this serene location, surrounded by the dramatic landscapes of the high Himalayas.

15Day 15-Trek to Thorang High Camp 4,600 m - 04 hrs.

In the morning, embark on an adventurous trek towards higher elevations as you approach the base of Thorong-La Pass. The journey begins with a climb along the riverbank, leading you to Thorang Phedi, the base camp for the pass. From Thorang Phedi, continue with a steep ascent for approximately an hour to reach Thorang High Camp. Here, you will spend the night, preparing for the next day's challenge of crossing the Thorong-La Pass, which promises to offer some of the most breathtaking views of your trek.

16Day 16-Cross Thorang-La Pass 5,416 m walk to Muktinath 3,800 - 06 hrs.

Today's highlight is the crossing of Thorong-La Pass, the highest point of your trek. After an early breakfast, begin your steep ascent to the pass, situated at an elevation of 5,416 meters. As you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with a breathtaking panorama of snow-capped peaks and vast mountain landscapes. This is a moment to savor the majestic views and the sense of achievement. Following your time at the pass, you'll start the long descent towards Muktinath, situated at 3,800 meters. This sacred destination is revered by both Hindus and Buddhists, with the name "Muktinath" meaning "the place for Nirvana or Liberation." Upon arrival in Muktinath, you'll spend the night in this spiritually significant area, reflecting on the day's adventure and the profound experiences of crossing one of the trek's highest and most celebrated points.

17Day 17-From Muktinath drive to Tatopani

After exploring Muktinath, your trek transitions from walking to driving as you continue to Tatopani. The journey from Muktinath to Tatopani is now accessible by motorable roads, reflecting the increasing accessibility of this remote region. You'll travel through a scenic route that descends from the higher elevations of Muktinath to the warmer, lower areas where Tatopani is located. This drive offers a different perspective of the landscape, passing through charming villages and along the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. Upon reaching Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs, you can relax and unwind, enjoying the therapeutic benefits of the warm waters after the rigorous trek.

18Day 18-Trek to Tatopani to Ghorepani.

From Tatopani, the trek to Ghorepani unfolds as a captivating journey through diverse landscapes. Starting early in the morning, you'll leave behind the warm, lower regions and begin ascending through terraced fields and charming villages. The trail gradually climbs through lush forests and vibrant green terraces, offering glimpses of the surrounding hills and peaks. As you gain altitude, the climate transitions from subtropical to the cooler, temperate zone characteristic of Ghorepani. Arriving in Ghorepani, you'll find a picturesque village renowned for its stunning rhododendron forests and breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. This serene setting provides a perfect rest stop and a chance to soak in the grandeur of the surrounding mountains before continuing your adventure.

19Day 19-Hike poonhill 3,210 m and trek to Birethanti then drive to Pokhara.

Today’s adventure begins with an early morning hike to Poon Hill, renowned for its stunning sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After soaking in the breathtaking panorama, you’ll descend back to Ghorepani and continue your trek down to Birethanti. This marks the end of your trekking journey. From Birethanti, you’ll drive to Pokhara, a picturesque city known for its serene Phewa Lake and vibrant atmosphere. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and enjoy a well-deserved overnight stay, reflecting on the remarkable experiences of your trek.

20Day 20-Drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

After an early breakfast, you'll embark on an interesting drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. The journey, which can be taken by either tourist coach or private vehicle, passes through scenic landscapes, including charming farm villages and bustling towns. As you travel, you'll follow the Trisuli River for a while before winding uphill to reach the Kathmandu Valley. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your respective hotels in Kathmandu. Alternatively, you can opt for a 30-minute flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu for a quicker return.

21Day 21-Depart Nepal for international flight home-ward bound.
