1Day 01-Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel

Upon arrival at Kathmandu's airport, our staff will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After checking into your rooms and refreshing yourself, you'll attend a briefing session. During this meeting, you'll receive detailed information about your trek, including essential tips and important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable adventure.

2Day 02-Kathmandu sightseeing.

During your time in Kathmandu, you'll have the opportunity to explore the city's rich cultural heritage. The valley is renowned for its world heritage sites and significant religious and historical landmarks. You'll visit Pashupatinath, a sacred Hindu temple known for its vibrant rituals and spiritual significance. The Bauddhanath Stupa, one of the largest in Nepal, offers a serene atmosphere and a glimpse into Tibetan Buddhism. The Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, provides panoramic views of Kathmandu and is a center of ancient Buddhist culture. Additionally, you'll explore Patan Durbar Square, a historic area renowned for its exquisite Newari architecture and intricate carvings. This exploration will immerse you in the spiritual and historical essence of Kathmandu.

3Day 03-Drive from kathmandu to Pokhara 860 m -06 hrs overland ride.

The morning after an early breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic drive of 5 to 6 hours to reach the picturesque city of Pokhara, situated in Nepal's Mid-West region. This warmer area offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna Himalaya, which beautifully reflect on the tranquil Begnas and Phewa Lakes. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you'll transfer to a comfortable hotel by the lakeside of Phewa Lake. Here, you can enjoy leisurely walks around the lakeshore, which is lined with vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafes. For those interested, a 30-minute scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara is available at an additional cost, providing a stunning aerial view of the Himalayas.

4Day 04-Drive to Nayapul or beyond and trek to Ulleri 1,960 m - 06 hrs.

After a pleasant night in Pokhara, you'll begin your trek with a short drive to Nayapul or Bhirethati village, the starting point of your adventure. Situated along the Modi River, these charming villages mark the beginning of your trek. The trail initially follows a gentle uphill path, passing through farm villages and scenic landscapes with cascading waterfalls. As you continue, the route enters a forested area before climbing steadily to Tirkhedhunga, a quaint village known for its picturesque waterfalls. From Tirkhedhunga, the trek involves a challenging ascent up stone-paved steps leading to Ulleri village, located on a high ridge. After a rigorous climb, you'll reach Ulleri, a substantial Gurung and Magar village offering panoramic views of rolling hills and the snow-capped peaks of Annapurna South, Huin Chuli, and the top of Machhapuchare Himal. This will be your overnight stop, where you can rest and take in the stunning mountain scenery.

5Day 05-Trek to Ghorepani 2,880 m - 05 hrs.

After a restful night in Ulleri, your morning walk begins on a gentler trail through a lush forest of oaks, pines, and rhododendrons. The path gradually ascends, leading you to the picturesque village of Ghorepani. Perched at an elevation that provides spectacular views, Ghorepani offers breathtaking vistas of Mount Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, and Vara-Shikar (also known as Annapurna Fang). This charming village, characterized by its blue-painted houses, serves as a comfortable resting point and is inhabited by the Poon people, an ethnic group of the Magar tribe. Ghorepani is also the gateway to Poon Hill, renowned for its stunning sunrise panoramas.

6Day 06-Morning hike to Poon Hill 3,210 m) continue trek to Tadapani 2,630 m- 05 hrs.

Begin your day with an early morning hike to Poon Hill, situated at 3,210 meters (10,531 feet). This vantage point provides a breathtaking view of the sunrise, casting its golden light over a majestic range of mountains, including Mount Dhaulagiri, Mount Manaslu, Annapurna, and extending towards Ganesh Himal, as well as the iconic Machhapuchare, also known as "The Fish Tail." After soaking in the striking sunrise and panoramic mountain views, return to Ghorepani for a hearty breakfast. From Ghorepani, continue your trek to Tadapani. The trail leads you through serene and picturesque rhododendron forests, gradually climbing to reach Tadapani. Nestled amidst the lush foliage of rhododendron, magnolia, and oak trees, Tadapani offers stunning views of Mount Machhapuchare and Annapurna South. This tranquil village is the perfect setting for an overnight stop, allowing you to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you.

7Day 07-Trek to Tokla or Dhampus via Ghandruk 1,540 m - 06 hrs.

After departing from Ghandruk, the trek continues with a downhill walk on well-maintained stone steps, leading you to the warmer, lower farm areas of Kyumi village. From Kyumi, cross a bridge over the roaring Modi River, followed by a climb to the large Gurung village of Landruk. Here, you'll be treated to impressive views of Annapurna South and Huin-Chuli peaks. A brief stop in Landruk allows you to enjoy the local atmosphere before continuing on a gradual path past Tolka and Bhedi Kharka farm villages. As the trek progresses, you'll face a final climb of about an hour to reach the scenic Deurali hilltop. From this vantage point, you can appreciate the stunning views of the surrounding landscapes and mountains. The final stretch of the trek takes you on an easy descent through the cool shade of the forest, leading to Potana and then on to Dhampus, another picturesque Gurung village. Dhampus offers fabulous views of the Annapurna, Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, and Machhapuchare 'Fish-Tail'. Conclude your trek with an overnight stay in Dhampus, where cozy lodges provide comfort and rooms with views of the majestic mountain range, offering a fitting end to your adventure in the high hills of Annapurna.

8Day 08-Drive to Pokhara with the afternoon free.

In the morning, you'll wake to fantastic views of the Annapurna range and enjoy another spectacular sunrise. After a final breakfast on the high hills, you'll complete your memorable and exciting short adventure. A scenic drive of about an hour will take you back to Pokhara, where you can relax by the serene Phewa Lake, reflecting on the highlights of your trek.

9Day 09-Drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

After an early breakfast, you’ll embark on an interesting drive back to Kathmandu. The journey departs from Pokhara and takes you through scenic farm villages and towns. You'll follow the Trisuli River for a while, passing through Mugling Bazaar before winding uphill to reach the Kathmandu Valley. On arrival, you'll be transferred to your respective hotels, concluding your adventure with the vibrant city of Kathmandu as your backdrop.

10Day 10-Depart Nepal for international flight home-ward bound.

On your last day in the Himalayan wonderland, after an incredible experience and cherished memories from the Ghorepani and Poon Hill trek, you'll check out from your hotel. Based on your flight schedule, our staff will transfer you to Kathmandu International Airport for your homeward journey or onward travels to your next destination.
